Summary: We had a truly perfect stay ! Although we encountered a few issues during our trip, Nancy handled everything masterfully. A big shout-out to her for her efficiency, professionalism, and care. A huge thank you as well to the entire W team, with a special mention to Pei Pei and Vivi, who were amazingly helpful and made our stay extra special. We couldn't have asked for better service. We will definitely be back!

Summary: We traveled with kids age 9 and 10. We were so impressed by the cleanliness, the amenities, and the helpfulness of all staff including the security guys that monitor traffic on the property. Our pool was maintained and clean. The food at Namu was incredible. The breakfast at the kitchen table every morning was superb. Again the staff were so accommodating and friendly. The sweetest thing was the sweet spots scattered through out the property for a fun ice cream treat and cold water. Thank you W Koh Samui for making our vacation an unforgettable one!!
